LeadBaba Terms & Conditions

Data Ownership Commitment: Your organization retains 100% full and exclusive intellectual property ownership of all customer inquiries, lead contacts, staff follow-up remarks, and uploaded documents stored in your workspace.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, downloading, installing, or accessing the LeadBaba CRM SaaS platform, website lead capture SDKs, APIs, and mobile applications (the "Platform" or "Service"), operated by Digital Web Hub ("LeadBaba", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service.

2. User Accounts & Security

Each subscriber organization is granted access to configure team accounts, lead routing automation, industry sector workflows, and capture forms according to their selected plan quota. Tenant accounts are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and all activity conducted through their authorized users.

3. Subscription Tiers & Service Quotas

Quotas: Access to CRM pipelines, staff seats, lead storage capacities, and custom form sources is provisioned according to your subscribed tier.
Renewals: Subscriptions renew according to your selected billing schedule and may be adjusted or renewed by your company administrator.
Service Uptime: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud infrastructure, push notification dispatchers, and universal lead webhook receivers.

4. Data Ownership & Tenant Isolation

All leads, customer contact numbers, employee timeline remarks, and uploaded inspection documents remain your exclusive intellectual property. LeadBaba enforces strict multi-tenant isolation, ensuring your customer records are never accessible to any other company or unauthorized third party.

You have the continuous right to export your complete lead database in CSV format at any time directly from the CRM dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree not to use LeadBaba services for unlawful purposes, spam generation, unauthorized automated scraping, or transmitting malicious code. Lead communication shortcuts (e.g. WhatsApp, phone dialers) must comply with applicable telecommunication laws.

6. Direct Third-Party Communication Shortcuts

The Platform provides direct shortcuts to external communication tools, including WhatsApp (wa.me), telephone dialers, and default email clients. Your direct communications with customers through these channels are governed by the respective terms of those third-party providers.

7. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or request account closure at any time by contacting support@leadbaba.in. Prior to account closure, you maintain the full right to export all company leads in CSV format.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadBaba and Digital Web Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
