1. Introduction & Multi-Tenant Isolation
LeadBaba ("we", "our", or "us"), powered by Digital Web Hub, is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We enforce strict multi-tenant database isolation. Leads, customer phone numbers, follow-up notes, and pipeline records submitted to your company workspace are accessible solely by your designated administrators and authorized staff.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, business email address, contact phone number, company name, industry sector, and login credentials.
- Customer Inquiries & Leads: Client contact details captured through website embed forms, mobile app entries, and CSV uploads.
- Timelines & Follow-up Notes: Scheduled calls, WhatsApp follow-up logs, and activity records logged by sales representatives.
- Photos & Document Attachments: In-field proof of installation, battery health reports, property photos, or contract snapshots uploaded by your team.
- Device Identifiers: Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device tokens and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver real-time notifications for incoming inquiries and scheduled follow-up alerts.
3. Device Permissions
Our mobile application requests permissions strictly necessary for CRM functions:
- Camera: Used solely to capture and attach live inspection or site photos to a lead's follow-up record.
- Photo Library: Used to upload documents or photos to a lead's timeline.
- Notifications: Used to deliver high-priority alerts when a fresh inquiry arrives or a follow-up reminder is due.
4. Data Security & Encryption
All network communications between the mobile app, web dashboard, and server endpoints are secured via TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using salted bcrypt. Tenant databases and uploaded photos are hosted on secure enterprise cloud servers with daily automated backups.
5. Data Ownership & Deletion Rights
Your organization retains 100% full ownership of all customer inquiries, notes, and photos. Company Administrators have full control to export all records in CSV format, reassign leads, or permanently delete items at any time.
To request full workspace account deletion, email privacy@leadbaba.in. All associated leads, user records, and attachments will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
